NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
IN ACCORDANCE with Paragraph 420 et.al of the Town of Rico Land Use Code (RLUC), the Applicant, hereby provides notice that the Rico Town Board will hold a public hearing on Wednesday, September 15th 2010 at 7:00 p.m. on the second floor of the Rico Town Hall located at 2 Commercial Street, Rico, Colorado, to review and take public comments on a Permit for Special Use Application, and supporting documents and information.
The applicant proposes to utilize the Special Use Permit for the intent of allowing short term rentals to occur at 450 Silverglance in the Residential Zone within Town limits.

Written comments may be mailed to Town of Rico, Attn: Planner, P.O. Box 9, Rico, CO. 81332, faxed to (970) 967-2862 or emailed to townclerk@ricocolorado.org. Written comments received by Tuesday, September 13th will be included in the Town Board packets for consideration prior to the meeting.
