Planning Commission (5 regular members, 2 alternates): The Planning Commission is an advisory commission that reviews development applications such as subdivisions, planned unit developments (PUDs), and annexations; prepares long-range planning documents; prepares land use regulations to propose for adoption; and works on specific planning related projects.
