The Argentine Grille at the Rico Hotel

The Argentine Grille, located in the historic Rico Hotel, offers affordable five-star cuisine from nationally acclaimed chef, Eamonn O'Hara, served in the cozy, newly remodeled restaurant. Open for dinner from Tuesdays through Sundays - and brunch on Sundays - the Argentine Grille's eclectic entrees will satiate any appetite. Enjoy Eamonn's Soy-ginger glazed grilled pacific salmon with vegetable basmati rice and coconut curry cream; the "Gaucho style" grilled skirt steak with crispy fried onions and natural pan sauce; crisp crab cakes with cilantro cream; grilled "Moroccan style" local leg of lamb with mint sauce; slow braised local beef short ribs with horseradish; or the favorite amongst locals, grilled free-range chicken breast with herb jus. If your appetite is not so big, tingle your taste-buds with one of Eamonn's exquisite appetizers, like sweet corn bisque with grilled shrimp; heart of palm salad with crisp pancetta, blue cheese, avocado and red wine vinaigrette or char grilled skirt steak taco with avocado, local peach and lime. Don't pass up the chef's specials: "Latin Tuesday," a family-style culinary journey south of the border, or Thursday "$12 Locals Night," where all entrees are only $12. The Enterprise Bar & Grill

The Enterprise Bar & Grill, operating in the same building since 1892, offers a wide variety of cuisine to suit every palate, including “the best burgers in the San Juans,” and a full bar with savory micro-brews from some of the top brewers in the region. You can often catch a nationally renowned musical act, in addition to the roster of local favorites playing at the Enterprise.
